• Can we check-in after the reception’s opening hours?

Yes, you can. Our hotel is equipped with a 24/7 reception terminal allowing you to check-in any time. Best practice is to let us know in advance were you to arrive outside opening hours so that we can send you information on how to proceed for automated check-in.

• Do you have a secured parking lot for cars?

We have a free, private, and gateless parking lot in front of the hotel.

• Do you have a charging point to recharge electric vehicles?No we do not have a charging point for electric vehicle in the hotel area. Yet, one charging point is available in the city center. It is close to the restaurants and approximately 800 meters away from the hotel.
• Do you have a car garage?

No, we only offer outdoor parking for cars.

• Do you propose half-board pension?

We only offer night stay and breakfast.

Several affordable restaurants can be found at walking distance from the hotel

• Can we park our bikes or motorbikes in a sheltered facility?

We have a large garage for bikes and motorbikes – free and secured – available to all our guests. Please note that sidecars are too large to enter the garage.

•  Is it possible to repair/rent bikes at the hotel?

A bike shop is located 900m from the hotel. next to Saint-Michel’s toursim office. You can contact them via mail at maurienne@lemarcheduvelo.com or via phone at +339 72 56 31 33. Still, we are able to help you for small repairs at the hotel.

• Are pets welcomed?

Pets on a leash (or in a cage) are welcome for an extra 8€ per night. Please note that animals are not allowed inside chalets and mobil-home.

However, they cannot be left alone in the rooms.

• Is there a laundromat at the hotel?

From May to September, a laundromat is available at the camping adjoining the hotel. It is available for all our clients. During the rest of the year, you will find a laundromat 800m from the hotel when heading towards the village’s center.
